Notification No.128/2010-Customs
New Delhi, the 22nd December, 2010
G.S.R.1002(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on
being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby
makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue),
No. 21/2002-Customs,
dated the 1st March, 2002, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (i), vide number G.S.R.118 (E) dated the 1st
March, 2002, namely:-
In the said notification, -
(1) in the opening paragraph, in the proviso, after clause (iah), the following
clause shall be inserted, namely :-
“(iai) the goods specified against serial number 491B of the said Table on or
before the 31st day of March, 2011.”;
(2) in the Table, after S.No.491 and the entries relating thereto, the following
serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
