Public Notice No. 47 dated 20th October 1997
Attention is invited to Paras 7.8, 7.9 and 7.10 of Handbook of Procedures, Vol. 1, 1997-2002, published under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 1/ 1997-2002 dated 31-3-97
2. In the statement of Standard Input-Output Norms as contained in the Handbook of Procedure, Vol. 2, amendments / corrections at appropriate places as mentioned in Annexure "A" to this Public Notice shall be made.
3. In the statement of Standard Input-Output Norms, following additions shall be made at appropriate places as mentioned below:
Chemicals and Allied Products:
After Entry No. A-1970, the new entries from Sl. No. A-1971 to A-1989 shall be added as per Annexure "B" to this Public Notice.
Engineering Products:
After Entry No. C-1308, the new entries from Sl. No. C-1309 to C-1312 shall be added as per Annexure "C" to this Public Notice.
Sports Goods:
After Entry No.I-15, the new entries from Sl. No. I-16 to I-18 shall be added as per Annexure "D" to this Public Notice.
Textile Products:
After Entry No. J-256, the new entries from Sl.No. J-257 to Sl.No. J-266 shall be added as per Annexure "E" to this Public Notice.
Miscellaneous Products:
After Entry No. K-107, the new entry as Sl.No. K-108 shall be added as per Annexure "F" to this Public Notice.
4. This issues in public interest.
Amendments/ Corrections:
Besides, the following norms have been altered/ amended/ deleted vide this Public Notice:

Engineering Products: S.No. C688, C874, C875, C873, C876, C877, C878, C879, C880, C1289, C1290, C1291, C1292;
Food Products: S.No. E19;
Leather & Leather Products: S.No. G33;
Plastic Products: S.No. p29, p30;
Textile Products: S.No. J36.
