In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade
Policy, 2009-2014 and paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedure (Vol. I) the
Directorate General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies modification of SION A-315,
in respect of the export product Niacin/ Nicotinic Acid/ Pyridine -3- Carboxylic
Acid IP/BP/USP/EP, as under:

2. Effect of the Public Notice:-
