G.S.R. (E)....- In exercise of the powers conferred by
section 157 read with section 50 of the Customs Act,1962 (52 0f 1962), the
Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes following amendment in
Shipping Bill (Electronic Declaration) Regulations, 2011 namely:-
In the Shipping Bill (Electronic Declaration)
Regulations, 2011, in the ANNEXURE,-
(i) for the words starting with “DECLARATION” and ending
with “signature”, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“DECLARATION
I/We declare that the particulars given herein above are
true, correct and complete.
I/We enclose herewith copies of the following
documents*.
1. Duty Exemption Entitlement Certificate / Advance
Authorisation/ Duty Free Import Authorisation Declaration
2. Invoice/Invoice cum packing list
3. Quota/Inspection certificates
4. Others (Specify)
