PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 21 (RE-2007) /2004-2009

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments /additions /corrections in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I:
- In paragraph 4.19 relating to “Port of Registration”, under the heading “Airports”, Indore shall be added.
- In Column No. 5 of BRC in Appendix 22A, the heading “Description of goods as given in the Customs Authenticated Shipping Bill” stands replaced by
“Description of goods as given in the Customs Authenticated Shipping Bill and the Commercial Invoice/Packing List”.
This issues in public interest.
