Rupee Remains Weaker In Noon Trade |
Indian rupee remained weaker against the dollar in noon trade on Monday dragged by losses in the euro, most Asian currencies and local shares, as fears of renewed recession in the United States and sustained worries about the euro zone debt crisis prompted investors to sell riskier assets.
The partially convertible rupee was at 45.92 a dollar at 2.15 p.m., weaker as compared with previous close of 45.79 a barrel.
