Rupee opens lower at 66.50 per dollar |
The Indian rupee opened lower by 3 paise at 66.50 per dollar on Monday against 66.47 Friday.
Pramit Brahmbhatt of Veracity said, "Rupee is expected to trade sideways with negative bias and will continue to find support at 66.80/dollar."
"The trading range for the day is seen between 66.20-66.80/dollar," he added.
The euro hold near a six-month peak of 1.14 level against the dollar, meanwhile the yen strengthens further to 107.
