MUMBAI, Feb 2 (Reuters) - India chana futures may open slightly higher on Monday supported by thin arrivals in major spot markets and firm prices of summer-sown pulses, analysts said.
The benchmark March contract NCHH9 on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) ended up 1.05 percent at 2,405 rupees per 100 kg in the previous session.
However, expectations of a rise in production due to expanded acreage may prompt profit-taking later in the day.

India guar futures may trade higher on Monday on improving export demand and dwindling arrivals, analysts said.
Daily average arrivals have halved from a month ago to 10,000 bags for 100 kg.
March futures contract NGUH9 ended at 1,617 rupees per 100 kg in the previous trading session.
However, profit-taking at higher levels may weigh on prices, they added.
