Dabur profit up 19% on higher exports |
MUMBAI: New Delhi-based Dabur India today announced a 19% increase in net profit at Rs 107 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2010 on 29% increase in exports.
Total sales increased 19% to Rs 916 crore from Rs 768 crore reported in Q1FY10.

Raw material cost up 37.4% to Rs 418cr vs Rs 304cr Advertisement cost up 23% to Rs 150cr vs Rs 122cr Employee cost up 14.5% to Rs 73cr vs Rs 64cr
The board also announced a 1:1 bonus issue, and the acquisition of Turkey-based Hobi Kozmetik Group For $69 million.
