Notification No. 133/2013-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, dated the 30^th December, 2013

G.S.R.......(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 81 of the Customs Act, 1962, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Customs Baggage Declaration Regulations, 2013, namely:—

1. Short title.— These regulations may be called the Customs Baggage Declaration (Amendment) Regulations, 2013.
   
2. In regulation 2 of the Customs Baggage Declaration Regulations, 2013, for the figures, letters and word “1^st January, 2014”, the figures, letters and word “1^st March, 2014” shall be substituted.
