Notification No. 47/2019-Customs (N.T./CAA/DRI)
New Delhi, dated 20th September 2019
S.O. (E). - In pursuance of notification No. 60/2015-Customs (N.T.), published vide number
G.S.R. 453(E), dated 4th June 2015 in Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary, Part-II, section 3, sub- section (i), and as amended by
notification No. 133/2015-Customs (N.T.), published vide number
G.S.R. 916(E) dated 30th November 2015 in Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary, Part-II, section 3,
sub-section (i), issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue,
under clause (a) of section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Director General,
Revenue Intelligence, hereby makes the following amendment in the
Notification No. 19/2018- Customs (N.T./CAA/DRI) dated 05.09.2018 published vide S.O. 4284 (E) dated 05.09.2018 read
in conjunction with
Notification No. 6/2019-Customs (NT/CAA/EXTENSION/DRI) dated
27.02.2019 published vide S.O. 1036 (E) dated 27.02.2019.
In the Table to the said notification dated 05.09.2018, against serial number 10, in column 5
for the existing entry “Additional Director General (Adjudication), Directorate of Revenue
Intelligence, Delhi” shall be substituted.

1. Additional
Director General (Adjudication), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi. The
present case may be clubbed with the case of M/s Dish TV India Limited, already
notified vide
Notification No. 4/2019-Customs(NT/CAA/DRI) dated 01.02.2019.
2. Additional Director General (Adjudication), Directorate of Revenue
Intelligence, Mumbai to transfer the entire documents to Additional Director
General (Adjudication), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi. 3. Principal
Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Bangalore with
reference to his letter F. No. DRI/BZU/S-IV/Enq-16 (Int-06)/2017/1552 dated
04.09.2019, with a request to inform the noticees about the change of Common
Adjudicating Authority.
