Notification No. 18/ 2010-Customs
New Delhi, the 27th February, 2010
Rescind Notifications regarding exempts parts,
components and accessories of mobile handsets including cellular phones and
exposed and developed cinematographic film
G.S.R. (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 o f 1962), the Central Government, on being
satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds
the following notifications of the Government of India in the M inistry of
Finance (Department of Revenue), except as respects things done or omitted to be
done before such rescission, namely:-
- No. 33/2003-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2003, published in t e
Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 1 68(E), dated the 1st March, 2003;
- No. 39/2005-Customs, dated the 2nd May, 2005, published in the Gazette
of India vide number G.S.R. 265(E), dated the 2nd May, 2005; and
- No. 79/2009-Customs, dated the 7th July, 2009, published in the Gazette
of India vide number G.S.R. 486(E), dated the 7th July, 2009.
