NOTIFICATION NO. 99 (RE-2008)/2004-2009
NEW DELHI, THE 27th MARCH, 2009
Subject: Prohibition on export of Pulses – regarding.
S.O.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3(2)
of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) and
also read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (as
amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby substitutes, with
immediate effect, Para 3 (i) of
Notification No.15 (RE-2006)/2004-2009, dated
27.6.2006, as amended from time to time.
- Existing Para 3 (i):
“The period of validity of prohibition on exports of Pulses (except Kabuli Chana)
shall be extended upto 31.3.2009.”
- Substituted Para 3 (i):
“The period of validity of prohibition on exports of Pulses (except Kabuli Chana)
shall be extended upto 31.3.2010.”
- This issues in Public Interest.
